Suffolk Mind Menopause Course

Sign up for this free course provided by Suffolk Mind and learn how to manage your symptoms at home and at work

Are you struggling with the impact the menopause is having on your life? Do you worry about your performance at work or have you thought about giving up? You’re not alone!

Our Menopause & Me project is providing support directly to people experiencing menopausal symptoms. We’ve teamed up with Suffolk Mind to develop a free online course to help people better understand their symptoms and how to support themselves.

Each online, interactive session will focus on different areas of information and support through teaching, learning activities and opportunities to share within the group. The six sessions facilitated by Suffolk Mind are:

  • Session 1 – What is the Menopause?
  • Session 2 – Managing Symptoms
  • Session 3 – Menopause & Sleep
  • Session 4 – Managing Anxiety
  • Session 5 – Building Your Support Network & Resources
  • Session 6 – Reflection: Putting Everything into Practice

These courses are completely free to attend. For any questions, please email: menopauseandme@suffolklibraries.co.uk
