The SAGES partnership provide different groups and activities across Suffolk to support mental wellbeing. These include our Open Space drop-in groups in our libraries, outdoor allotment projects delivered by Suffolk Mind, and free online workshops by Suffolk Family Carers.

Health and wellbeing groups at Suffolk Libraries
Suffolk Libraries is the only library service in the UK with a dedicated wellbeing service, providing drop-ins, reading lists and links to other resources to help you with your wellbeing. Our work improves wellbeing in communities and also offers support and training for local SMEs.
- Menopause & Me - guidance and resources for people in Suffolk experiencing the menopause, and support for local businesses
- Reading with Dementia - support, companionship and resources for anyone living with dementia
- Open Space - informal drop-ins for anybody interested in their mental health and wellbeing
- Explore Together - our free telephone support service to help you connect with your local community
- Know Another - advice, resources and events to help you understand your alcohol intake

Online workshops from Wellbeing Suffolk
Wellbeing Suffolk's online workshops and courses are here to support you through the challenges of day-to-day life, whenever you may need it. They’re all free to join and are presented live by our own expert clinicians, covering a vast range of topics, including:

- Wellbeing in the workplace

Creative health and wellbeing sessions
Cohere Arts run online creative workshops for people living with long term health challenges. Experience the positive health & wellbeing impacts of engaging with the creative arts, whilst connecting with others facing similar challenges.

Curious Minds is a programme delivered by Suffolk Artlink to explore the connection between creativity and mental health. Curious Minds work with professional artists across Suffolk to support people aged 18 and over with complex health needs.

Workshops with Suffolk Family Carers
Suffolk Family Carers offer a wide range of online and in-person wellbeing workshops for carers, covering a range of topics. These include carers rights and safety, dealing with trauma, and advice on being resilient.

Wellbeing courses by NSFT Recovery College
The NSFT Recovery College provides free educational workshops and courses for anyone over the age of 16 in Norfolk and Suffolk. Courses are designed to support people to invest in their own wellbeing, find empowerment on their mental health journey and become experts in their own recovery.
All the courses cover a variety of topics and follow a personal recovery approach which encourages:
- Self-knowledge and acceptance
- An understanding of the principles of recovery
- Learning and applying new skills and strategies
- Leading a meaningful life with or without symptoms
The aim is to empower people to take control of their own lives and become experts in their own recovery - people choose their own courses to attend.
