As a partnership we are each responsible for delivering core parts of the service. We are dedicated to working together and other organisations, to provide the best information, advice and guidance in Suffolk. SAGES have spent time talking to people with lived experience, health professionals and stakeholders to shape our service.
Suffolk Libraries has a mental health and wellbeing information service. It provides good quality information across Suffolk, both from library staff and online. Suffolk Libraries also helps customers to find local groups, activities and services to support wellbeing.
Suffolk Family Carers provide support, information and advice to carers and their families. This includes campaigning on issues which affect family carers to ensure their voices are heard. Two dedicated SAGES workers can provide one to one support for those caring for people living with a mental health illness.
Suffolk Mind deliver services in Suffolk to support people’s needs and mental wellbeing. They are affiliated with national Mind and provide information and advice, supported housing, education and counselling. Suffolk Mind also work with volunteers to support SAGES activities and provide support in the community.
