Making your application in the library

You can make your Universal Credit application using our free library computers. We recommend you book a computer in advance.

Applications should take about 20-30 minutes for one person and about an hour for a couple. Library staff can help you to log in to a computer, but cannot provide detailed advice or guidance about completing the form as this could invalidate your application.
