Online Classes

Suffolk Libraries strongly recommend you consult a doctor before you begin any new exercise activity, particularly if you are unsure if it is suitable and/or if you have a pre-existing illness or medical condition.

If at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities, or you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, you should discontinue exercise immediately and seek help if applicable.
