Help make a difference with a daisy

Make a Difference with a Daisy is Suffolk Libraries' fundraising campaign for 2024. This new campaign will showcase the support that Suffolk Libraries gives in connecting communities, tackling isolation and improving wellbeing.

Spadge Hopkins, one of the featured artists from our previous PAWS-itivity fundraiser, has created a metal daisy chain art installation. The daisy chain has been on display at the Stowmarket Food Museum since May but it will now be moving to Jimmy’s Farm near Ipswich from Tuesday 9 July where it will be on display until 1 September.

We’re asking for donations to help support this important fundraising campaign to ensure that Suffolk Libraries’ vital services continue to be available to everyone in Suffolk.

  • For a donation of £10 or more, you will receive an embossed certificate of thanks with your name on
  • For a minimum donation of £50, you will receive one of the metal daisies from the installation once it’s been deconstructed, along with a certificate of authenticity
  • For a minimum donation of £150, you will receive one of the larger daisies that you can have engraved with your name or the name of a loved one, along with a certificate of authenticity.

We're thrilled to have the support from from Suffolk Libraries patron Emma Freud and her husband Richard Curtis, who have both bought metal daisies to help make a difference.
