We're looking for an experienced HR Officer to assist the HR Advisor with recruitment, training, and administration.

Suffolk Libraries is a charitable organisation, independent of Suffolk County Council, which runs the library service throughout Suffolk.

We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to become a member of our People and Culture Team. This hybrid role will require your attendance at our office in Ipswich during your initial training period and for weekly team meetings but also offers the flexibility for home working.
The role will involve assisting the HR Advisor in all aspects of HR, recruitment and training, delivering a high quality people service through the provision of HR advice and support and strong HR Administration practices.

This role is a permanent position, working 24 hours per week. Hybrid and Multisite working with at least one day a week working closely with our HR Team in Ipswich.
The organisation is offering a salary of £25,000 pro rata with an exciting benefits package such as joining the group pension scheme, group income protection, life assurance, hybrid working and developmental opportunities.
