Online and in-person groups and activities to improve your mental and physical health
The SAGES partnership provide different groups and activities across Suffolk to support mental wellbeing. These include our Open Space drop-in groups in our libraries, outdoor allotment projects delivered by Suffolk Mind, and free online workshops by Suffolk Family Carers.
Suffolk Libraries is the only library service in the UK with a dedicated wellbeing service, providing drop-ins, reading lists and links to other resources to help you with your wellbeing. Our work improves wellbeing in communities and also offers support and training for local SMEs.
Suffolk Mind’s support includes a wide range of courses, training and therapeutic services which can enable you to better understand mental wellbeing and how you can help improve or maintain your own.
