Pattern and print workshop with Lily Hammond

Sudbury Library
Aug 5, 2024 9:45 AM

Join illustrator and owner of UWU Studios Lily Hammond for this free creative workshop for 10-16 year olds at Sudbury Library, as part of The Blank Page Project! Learn a variety of pattern and print making methods to create unique designs.

Workshops take place from 9.45AM to 3.30PM and include a free lunch, drinks and snacks!

You will make your own block print and stamp to use to create your own unique designs. This is an opportunity to explore creativity, colour and pattern whilst also learning a traditional print method with a modern fun spin. This is an experimental and playful introduction to print and pattern making which can be applied to many different creative projects such as paper, textiles and homeware and can be further developed and applied after the workshops!

How to book

Workshops are completely free to attend but must be booked in advance. You can book online via eequ.
